Agreement

By using enmichellehopehouse.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this website is for

E&N Michelle Hope House is an organization that helps young adults find education, career, counseling, and personal development resources. This website exists to share general information and to give you a way to contact us.

Information here is general, not professional advice

Everything on this site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not, and must not be relied on as, medical advice, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or educational or admissions counseling from a licensed or accredited professional.

Specifically:

  • E&N Michelle Hope House is not a licensed counseling or therapy provider. We do not diagnose or treat any condition.
  • E&N Michelle Hope House is not a school, college, training provider, or accredited educational institution.
  • E&N Michelle Hope House is not a recruiter for, and does not represent or speak on behalf of, any branch of the United States Armed Forces or any government agency.
  • E&N Michelle Hope House is not an employer or an employment agency.

No guarantees

We help people locate resources and understand their options. We do not control the organizations we point you toward, and we cannot promise any particular outcome. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of admission, enrollment, employment, military acceptance, counseling availability, housing, childcare, financial aid, or any other benefit. Every program sets its own eligibility rules, costs, capacity, and decisions.

Third-party resources and links

Our Resource Directory and other pages link to outside organizations. We include them because they may be useful, not because we have vetted, endorsed, or partnered with them. Program details change often and listings may become out of date. Always contact a provider directly to confirm eligibility, cost, and availability before relying on anything you read here. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, practices, or conduct of any third-party site or organization.

In an emergency

This website and its forms are not monitored around the clock and must never be used to report an emergency. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in emotional crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, free and confidential, 24 hours a day.

Using this site responsibly

When you use this site, you agree not to:

  • Submit false information or impersonate another person
  • Send abusive, threatening, unlawful, or harassing content
  • Send automated, bulk, or spam submissions through our forms
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site
  • Copy or reuse site content for commercial purposes without written permission

Content ownership

The text, design, graphics, and layout of this site belong to E&N Michelle Hope House unless noted otherwise, and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to share links to our pages, and to print pages for personal or nonprofit educational use.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, E&N Michelle Hope House, its founder, volunteers, and anyone acting on its behalf are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from reliance on information found here, or from your dealings with any third-party organization mentioned on it.
